Palacio de Santa Inés hotel
"Lovely hotel overall. The location is perfect for sightseeing, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the building’s design and colours are genuinely stunning. That said, a few things need attention. The bathrooms could use some renovation — the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom windows facing the hallway really need better soundproofing. We booked a family room, but the children’s bed didn’t feel safe enough to use as-is, so we ended up placing the mattresses on the floor. Not ideal for a family room. Minor issues, but fixing them would make a real difference. We’d consider coming back once those are addressed."
